about

"Positive Light" was an album that saw a brief release back in 2017 - the only release of what I call "Chapter 3", a small collection of works that did nothing and went nowhere. It was a four-track album that aimed to re-capture the warmer/floaty tones of Chapter 1 rather than the darker drones of Chapter 2.

The first track from the album, the 20-min "6pm" saw official release as Track 2 of "Workday". The remaining 3 tracks have been unavailable since.

Added to this EP is "Silent Pictures of Singing Birds" - originally recorded for the abandoned "Drowning Out Sunday" album in early 2015, and released as a stand-alone single by HeadForm records. Although it predates the rest of the music by 2 years, I felt it fit the style and tone quite nicely.

That bloke who used to make nice music like "Four Patterns", then went all dark and psychedelic and droney and all that 'evvy stuff.
