about

Curated Release #1

Between 2003 and 2016, I recorded a fair amount of material. Some good stuff ended up in the vault (I say 'vault' - it's actually an external hard drive) and some rather derivative stuff found its way onto Bandcamp. I'm poring back over those recordings, creating new pairings and collating what will hopefully be more a more coherent/cohesive collection. It also buys me enough time to get myself set up again and start creating some new material.

These two extended pieces (~20min long), recorded 14 years apart, that bookend the working day: one soft and sleepy (yet with trickles of activity), the other weary-yet-relaxed. "6pm" was written as a sequel to "6am", with the odd sonic nod to its predecessor.
